Projects of up to 800 tonnes, processed on a Ficep saw and drill line and an RUR plasma plate cutter, and certified to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2.
Using Steel Projects fabrication software alongside our Ficep saw and drill line and RUR plasma plate-cutting machine, we process structural steel sections and steel plate in-house.
Automated section processing and in-house plasma plate cutting give us control over key manufacturing operations, supporting accurate processing and fabrication schedules aligned with the project.
The fabrication team works with the drawing office to progress steelwork from approved fabrication drawings through to components ready for delivery and installation.
Local builders
A single beam is manufactured in the same Dunmurry works as a large frame. Tell us the section, the finish and when you need it on site.
