Enquiries
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project notes, message and any files you attach, plus a record that you agreed those details may be used to reply.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you appoint us, deliver the project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you press send, the website passes the enquiry straight to Mailgun, which emails it to the office. The website does not store it. The office keeps an enquiry for as long as it needs to answer it and, if you appoint the company, as part of the project record.
To stop spam, the contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA. It loads only when you start filling in the form. Google receives information about your device and how you use the page, and sets a security cookie. Google's privacy policy and terms apply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
